  • Number of participants included in the reservation.
  • Ages of minors, when applicable.

  • Valid driver's license (including a photograph of the license when required for verification purposes).
  • Signature of the participant or legal guardian.
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Reservation details, including date, time, selected tour, vehicle type, and contracted services.
  • Relevant medical information voluntarily provided by the participant, such as allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or any condition that could affect their safety during the activity.
  • Photographs and videos captured during the tour.
  • Payment information required to process the reservation (credit card and banking information is securely processed by authorized payment providers and is not stored by Dirty Monkey Adventure).

Dirty Monkey Adventure does not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal data unless such information is voluntarily provided by the participant and is necessary to protect their health or safety during the activity.

Purposes for processing personal data

The personal information collected by Dirty Monkey Asociados 3 S. de R.L. de C.V., commercially known as Dirty Monkey Adventure, will be used for the following primary purposes:

  • Verify the participant's identity and, when applicable, validate the driver's license or driving permit.
  • Process, confirm, modify, or cancel reservations.
  • Process payments and issue tax invoices (CFDI) when requested.
  • Coordinate logistics for tours and contracted services.
  • Provide customer support before, during, and after the experience.
  • Contact participants regarding reservation details, schedule changes, meeting points, recommendations, or other important operational information.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants throughout the activity.
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and administrative obligations.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, requests, or claims related to our services.
  • Deliver purchased photographs and videos.

Secondary purposes

With the participant's consent, personal information may also be used for:

  • Sending promotions, discounts, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
  • Informing guests about new tours, experiences, and services offered by Dirty Monkey Adventure.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Requesting reviews, testimonials, and feedback regarding the guest's experience.
  • Generating anonymous internal statistics to improve our services and operational processes.

Participants may request, at any time, that their personal information no longer be used for these secondary purposes by sending an email to dirtymonkeyinfo1@gmail.com. Such request will not affect the provision of services already contracted.

Use of photographs and videos

In accordance with the authorization granted by the participant through the execution of the Liability Waiver or any other applicable documentation, Dirty Monkey Adventure may use photographs and videos captured during the activity for promotional, advertising, commercial, and marketing purposes through its official communication channels.

Information protection

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized use.

ARCO Rights

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, every data subject has the right to exercise their ARCO Rights, which include:

  • Access: To know what personal information we hold, how it is used, and under what conditions it is processed.
  • Rectification: To request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal information.
  • Cancellation: To request deletion of personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or when its processing is not compliant with applicable law.
  • Objection: To object to the processing of personal information for specific purposes or revoke previously granted consent whenever permitted by applicable legislation.

How to exercise your ARCO Rights

Requests should be submitted by email to dirtymonkeyinfo1@gmail.com. The request should include at least:

  • Full name.
  • Email address or preferred contact method.
  • Clear description of the right being exercised (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection).
  • Documentation proving the identity of the requester or legal representative.
  • When requesting a correction, the updated information together with any supporting documentation.

Dirty Monkey Adventure will respond within the timeframes established by applicable Mexican law and may request additional information whenever necessary to verify the identity of the applicant or properly process the request.

The exercise of ARCO Rights is free of charge. However, the applicant may be required to cover reasonable reproduction or delivery costs whenever permitted by applicable legislation.

Data sharing & disclosure

Dirty Monkey Adventure does not sell, trade, or disclose customers' personal information to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Notice.

However, in order to properly provide our services, personal information may be shared when necessary with trusted providers directly involved in our operations, including but not limited to:

  • Tour reservation and management platforms (such as Peek Pro).
  • Payment processing providers (such as Stripe).
  • Electronic invoicing systems.
  • Advertising and website analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Authorized third-party booking platforms such as Viator or Tripadvisor whenever the reservation has been made through those services.
  • Government authorities whenever disclosure is required by applicable law or pursuant to a lawful request.

Whenever personal information is shared, Dirty Monkey Adventure will make reasonable efforts to ensure that such third parties maintain appropriate security measures and confidentiality standards to protect customer information.

Except for the situations described above or those expressly permitted by Mexican law, personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the data subject.

We reserve the right to modify this notice to comply with legal or internal changes. Updates will be available on this same website.
